The 197-room Marriott Waterford provides quality accommodation at a very affordable price equally suited to the business or pleasure traveler. The nine-story, non-smoking hotel is located just west of the exclusive Nichols Hills neighborhood, minutes from the airport and the downtown business district. Items included with the room rate are in-room tea and coffee, coffee in the lobby 24/7, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper and self-parking. There are 10 meeting rooms available for business or social functions. The largest can accommodate 200 guests. Area landmarks and attractions include seven golf courses, Baptist Medical Center, the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum, Oklahoma City OKC Zoo, Remington Park Race Track, Myriad Convention Center, Oklahoma City University, University of Central Oklahoma, Frontier City Amusement Park, National Softball Hall of Fame and shopping at Penn Square Mall.

All the guest rooms, and 32 suites, have a work desk with high-speed Internet access, Internet browser flat screen television with cable movie and news channels, pay-per-view movies, pullout sofa bed, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and two-line telephone with voicemail. The bathrooms have a separate shower and bathtub.

The on-site BlueFire Grille serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and the BlueFire Lounge serves cocktails and has live music on weekend evenings. Room service is available from 6am until 11pm. The 24-hour front desk has safe deposit boxes.
