Items included with the room rate at this four-story, non-smoking hotel are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There is one 700 square-foot meeting room available for business or social functions. Area landmarks and attractions include four golf courses, the Worcester Art Museum, Mechanics Hall, Old Sturbridge Village, the Higgins Armory Museum, Wachusett Mountain ski area, Davis Farmland and Mega Maze and the Alta Vista Bison Farm.

Sadly this Courtyard does not get the glowing reviews that so many of its sister properties enjoy. Several guests said it was an okay experience but not what they expected from a Courtyard. The hotel gets its YES rating thanks to its spacious accommodation and affordable rates. The computer and printer available for guest use in the lobby was another plus. The major problem seems to be the need for some improvement in housekeeping. Few guests said they would return to this hotel, but thought they would try another hotel the next time they were in town. From Boston Airport (BOS) 50 miles: Take Route 90 West (toll road). Take Exit 10 (Auburn). Follow signs for Route 290 East. Take exit 17 (Route 9) off 290 E. Take a Left off the ramp, go down hill and bear right onto Lincoln Street. Turn left onto Salisbury Street. At next lights, turn right onto Grove Street. The Courtyard is 1/4 mile on the right.
